What this policy covers

This policy explains how Homestead Newport Beach Concrete handles the information you share when you visit our website or ask us about a job. We're a concrete contractor in Newport Beach, CA, and we use this site so homeowners and property owners can learn about our work and request an estimate.

It covers every page on this site, from the home page to our About page and the contact page. It also covers the calls, emails and form messages that reach us through the site. Other websites we link to have their own policies, and this one doesn't apply to them.

Information we collect

When you fill out our estimate form, call us or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property. You may also describe the project or send photos of it. We only collect what you choose to share.

Like most websites, ours may record some basic technical details on its own. These can include your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you found the site and a rough location based on your internet address. These details tell us how the site is used. They don't tell us who you are.

Our site may also use cookies, which are small files your browser saves so a site works properly and its owner can see how visitors move through it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you'll still be able to read the site and call us.

Forms and outside services

Our estimate request form runs on an outside form service. Whatever you type into it goes to that service first and is then passed to us. Our website host and any analytics tool we use also handle some technical data for us. These companies follow their own privacy terms, and we use them only to run the site and get your request to us.

How we use your information

We use the details you send to reply to you, set up your estimate, put together a quote and plan the work if you book with us.

Once a job is underway, we use your contact details to keep you updated on the schedule. After it's finished, we use them to answer any questions about the work.

We use the technical and cookie data to see which pages help people, fix problems and keep spam and misuse off the site.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't hand it to other companies for their marketing either. We share it only with someone helping us do your job, such as a supplier delivering material to your address, and then only the details they need. We'll also share it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to quote the work, do it, answer questions about it later and keep the business and tax records the law expects. If you contact us and don't book, we hold your request for a reasonable time in case you come back to the project, and then we delete it.

Website usage data is kept in summary form for as long as it helps us understand how the site is working.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it or stop contacting you. California residents may have more rights under state privacy law, such as the right to know what's collected and to ask for it to be deleted. We'll honor those requests where they apply.

Before we act on a request, we may need to confirm it's really you. That way no one else can see or erase your records. A few records, such as invoices for completed work, may have to be kept for legal or tax reasons. We'll tell you if that's the case. Asking about your privacy will never change how we treat you or your job.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to limit who can see it. Still, no website, form or email is completely secure, so please don't send bank details, card numbers or other sensitive information through the form or by email.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for adults planning work on a home or property. It isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us their details, let us know and we'll delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. Changes take effect once they're posted here.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question, a request or a concern about your information, call us at (949) 691-0410 or reach us through our contact page. We answer the phone Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 10 PM and on weekends from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll reply within 1 business day. If you'd like to know more about who we are first, our About page has the details.
